While Anil Ambani heads the Reliance Entertainment and is one of the leading producers in Indian cinema his brother Mukesh Ambani has so far stayed out of this business sphere. Earlier last year Bollywood was abuzz with the news that the elder of the two brothers is also entering film production co-producing the 'Mahabharat' with Aaamir Khan on a staggering budget of 1000 Crores.

There is a red hot news in Kollywood circles that Mukesh Ambani is entering Tamil cinema and is in talks with leading heroes for a number of projects. According to sources from the trade circles talks are in advanced stage with Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi for the first two films and the former has already given his nod. We will have to wait and watch for the official announcement on this exciting piece.

Sivakarthikeyan is currently shooting 'SK13' a romantic comedy directed by M.Rajesh and 'SK14' a SciFi thriller directed by Ravikumar and has films with J. Mithran, Vignesh Shivan in the pipeline. Vijay Sethupathi has 'Petta', 'Super Deluxe', 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' ready for release one after the other and has exciting projects under production including Arun Kumar's untitled film.
