National Award winning actor Thambi Ramaiah's son Umapathi is making his debut as a hero in Kollywood with the film 'Adhagapattadhu Magajanangale'. Upcoming Telugu actress Reshma Rathore makes her foray into Tamil film industry playing the female lead in this film.

Karunakaran plays a different role mixed with comedy while the supporting cast includes Pandirajan. 'Aadukalam' Naren, Manobala, Yogu Japi and many others.

The hero plays a Guitarist. A different incident he encounters in his life and the changes that happen due to that forms the screenplay of the film. The makers assure that the film will be easily connected to the audience.

D.Imman has rendered the music score while Yugabharathy has written the lyrics for all the songs. P.K.Varma has handled the cinematography. G.Madhan has taken care of Editing. The film has been written and directed by R.Inbasekar and produced by Sivararameshkumar under Silver Screen Studios banner.

The trailer and a song video of the film will be released in a grand event to be held in Chennai on 8th June, 2017. Top league star Sivakarthikeyan will be releasing the trailer and the song in the function.

The film will be hitting the screens on June 16, 2017.
