Sivakarthikeyan released a stunning new image of him in a rugged look complete with thick muschtache and beard which is a completely never before seen avatar of the star. He has however stated "Been sporting this long hair&beard look for a while now & just before the haircut our 'Kanaa' hero Darshan's ideas made me do this photoshoot with Arun Titan Studios & Anu stylist mam.. thanks to them for doing this in a short time..This is very new for me..hope you all will like it"

Sivakarthikeyan has completed shooting for 'Seemaraja' directed by Ponram and costarring Samantha and Keerthy Suresh. He has started shooting for 'SK14' a SciFi directed by Ravikumar for which A.R. Rahman is scoring the music. Both the projects are produced by 24 AM Studios. He will later join the sets of another film directed by M. Rajesh and produced by Studio Green in which he will be romancing Nayanthara after the super hit 'Velaikkaran'.
