Sivakarthikeyan is now busily filming for his next, 'SK21', after clinching a huge success with 'Maaveeran'. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, the upcoming project is jointly bankrolled by Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures India. Sai Pallavi is playing the leading lady with GV Prakash scoring the music.

Now, the latest reports suggest that the title and first-look poster of 'SK21' will be unveiled on August 15th, Independence Day. The actor beefed up his body and sported a new look for this film but he maintained secrecy with a cap for his head during the promotions of Maaveeran. Notably, he mentioned that his look from the movie will be unveiled soon.

An official update regarding the SK21 first look will be made soon. This venture is said to be a patriotic period drama based on the army. Sources tell us that Sivakarthikeyan is playing the martyred Indian soldier Mukund Varadarajan and the movie is a biopic of Major Mukund. The shoot is now briskly going on in Kashmir without any breaks.
