Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International officially announced last year that the banner will produce Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi in a new film tentatively called 'SK21'. Rajkumar Periasamy ('Rangoon' fame) is taking care of the writing and direction. The makers revealed that GV Prakash Kumar will be composing the musical score for the movie.

Now, the latest reports suggest that the 'SK21' shooting commenced today in Srinagar, Kashmir. The team landed in the city yesterday. Rajkumar Periasamy and his crew have done extensive pre-production work for the film in Kashmir. Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as a military officer in the movie. As we reported earlier, he has undergone training last month.

SK21 is likely to be an intense action drama based on the army. SK earlier told the media that this film won't have any dance sequences. The other details regarding the cast and crew will be soon announced by the makers. The official updates regarding the shooting are expected to arrive soon.
