Sivakarthikeyan's 'SK 21' produced by Kamal Haasan is one of the highly anticipated new movies in Tamil cinema. The shooting of the military based film was held in Kashmir for over 60 days and has now been wrapped up. It is reported that a very grand war sequence was shot for a week which will set a new benchmark in Tamil cinema.
The 'SK 21' cast and crew has returned to Chennai and will take a break for a few days. It is said that the shooting will then resume in Chennai and portions involving the lead pair Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi will be canned.
'SK 21' is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy and 'Rangoon' and 'Bigg Boss' fame with G.V. Prakash Kumar scoring the music. The film is said ot be based on the life of martryred Indian soldier Mukund Varadharajan who laid down his life for the country in an encounter with three dreaded terrorists in Kashmir in 2014.
