Pushkar-Gayathri, the acclaimed director duo known for the Tamil film ‘Vikram Vedha’, have not directed any other film together since that blockbuster. However, they were recently involved in producing the web series ‘Suzhal’. Now, they have started work on their next directorial venture.
Reportedly, initial talks have taken place with leading Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan to play the lead role in this upcoming film. If the discussions proceed positively, the actor may officially be part of the project in the next stage of negotiations.
Currently, Sivakarthikeyan is busy with two major projects — ‘Madaraasi’ directed by A.R. Murugadoss and ‘Parasakthi’ helmed by Sudha Kongara. Following these, he is also scheduled to work on a film directed by Vinayak Chandrasekaran, known for ‘Good Night’.
Fans are excited over the possibility of Sivakarthikeyan joining hands with the talented Pushkar-Gayathri duo, and an official confirmation is expected soon.
