Actor Sivakarthikeyan has carved a niche for himself with his effective screen presence and sincere performances. The trailer of his upcoming rom-com drama Prince was released by the makers today. Directed by Anudeep KV of Jathi Ratnalu fame, the film is set to be released for Diwali on October 21.

The film is about a cool-headed school teacher (played by Sivakarthikeyan) falling for his colleague, a British woman (Maria Riaboshapka). Sample this dialogue from the trailer to know the tone of the movie: “Only because I follow our pledge ‘All Indians are our brothers and sisters’, I ended up falling for a British woman.”

Prince is a romantic entertainer, directed by Anudeep KV. Prince stars Maria Ryaboshapka as the female lead and marks her Tamil debut. The film, which also stars Sathyaraj, has music scored by Thaman S. The cinematography is done by Manoj Paramahamsa, while Praveen KL has served as the editor.
