After Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy shooting for his third film with director Ponram after the super hit 'Varuthapadadha Valibar Sangam' and 'Rajinimurugan'. The new film has Samantha as the female lead while Simran and Napoleon will be seen in important supporting roles.

The details of the plot and story of the film have been guarded as a tight secret by the makers. But now we learn from a reliable source that the film has been set in a village and Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of a youngster who fights against the land grabbing of real estate mafia to protect the people of his village.

The yet to be titled film is being produced by RD Raja under the 24AM Studios banner. This is the 12th film of Sivakarthikeyan as an actor and hence it is referred to as SK12.
