Sivakarthikeyan's new movie 'SK16' is progressing briskly and it is said that the team is planning to name it 'Enga Veettu Pillai' the title of the evergreen 1956 Puratchi Thalaivar MGR blockbuster it movie. Vijaya Productions the producer of the MGR movie has sent a notice to the Producers Council that they have no intention of giving up this or other titles of their old movies to anyone. It has been further stated that a few years back a similar notice has been sent to protect the copyright of the production house's other titles as well and it stands good now.

It looks like the Sivakarthikeyan film has to look for another title for this project and is a disappointment for the team who felt it is an apt one for their subject. 'SK16' directed by Pandiraj and produced by Sun Pictures has Sivakarthikeyan, Anu Emmanuel, Aishwarya Rajesh, Bharathiraja, Samuthirakani, Natty Natraj, R.K. Suresh, Soori and Yogi Babu in the cast.
