After delivering the super hit 'Maveeran', leading Tamil hero Sivakarthikeyan is currently acting in his next 'SK 21' produced by Kamal Haasan under the direction of Rajkumar Periyasamy. The shooting of this film is currently going on in full swing in Kashmir.
Latest reports suggests that 'SK 21' is based on the life of the martyred soldier Mukund Varadarajan. The brave army man was posthumously awarded the Ashoka Chakra, one of India's highest awards, for killing three terrorists in an encounter with militants in Jammu and Kashmir in 2014. It is still unknown whether the film is a full biopic or has been inspired by his life story.
'SK 21' has Sai Pallavi as Sivakarthikeyan's pair while G.V. Prakash Kumar is scoring the music. Most of the shooting of this film is going to take place in Kashmir while there will also be a few episodes in Chennai and its surroundings.
