Sivakarthikeyan, the sensational actor in Tamil cinema, has a promising lineup of films with highly acclaimed filmmakers in his pipeline. He is now working with the National Award-winning maker Madonne Ashwin in the much-awaited film, 'Maaveeran'. The shooting is close to the finish line.

SK also has an untitled film, tentatively called 'SK21', under Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's production house with director Rajkumar Periasamy of 'Rangoon' fame. According to sources, the filming of SK21 is likely to commence by April end or May once all the functionalities for Maaveeran are done. The mega biggie has entered pre-production already.

Reportedly, SK21 is an army-based drama and Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as a military officer throughout the movie for the first time. Sai Pallavi is said to be headlining the female lead role. The first leg of shooting is expected to take place in Kashmir. The other details of the cast and crew are currently kept under the wraps.
