Sivakarthikeyan's new film with mass commercial director ready to take off?

Sivakarthikeyan after delivering two back to back blockbusters 'Doctor' and 'Don' last year is poised to continue in the same mode this year too. His next 'Maaveeran' with 'Mandela' director Madonne Ashwin and his long pending 'Ayalaan' directed by Ravikumar are hot in the trade.

Sivakarthikeyan is expected to next act in 'SK 21' produced by Kamal Haasan and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy in which Sai Pallavi is the leading lady. We alreade broke the news long back that he is in talks with A.R. Murugadoss for a mass commercial action film. Read : Sivakarthikeyan and A.R. Murugadoss join hands for a new movie?

Now fresh reports doing the rounds in Kollywood is that the Sivakarthikeyan-ARM project has moved to the next level. According to sources B. Madhu will be bankrolling the project under his banner Light House Movie Makers. The producer earlier made 'Ayogya' starring Vishal, Raashi Khanna and Parthiban. The film is reportedly planned to go on floors in mid 2023 and will release in Summer 2024. Official confirmation is awaited.
