Sivakarthikeyan, the rising star of Tamil cinema, is back with yet another exciting film called 'Maaveeran'. The highly awaited film is directed by the National Award-winning maker Madonne Ashwin and produced by Shanthi Talkies. With the movie releasing on July 14, the post-production work is just about over and the promotions are kickstarting.

Earlier, the makers launched the first single 'Scene Ah Scene Ah' sung by Anirudh and it went on to be a chartbuster. Now, the release of the second song is officially announced with a super-fun video. The latest clip shows Madonne Ashwin insisting on music director Bharath Shankar to make the next song, who replies that everything is ready except the singers.

Then, the two call their lead actors Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar to trick them into singing the duet by lying to them that Sid Sriram and Shreya Ghoshal are the co-singers. However, SK and Aditi find out that they are singing with each other at the end of the hilarious promo. The romantic number 'Vannarapettayila' will be out on June 14.

Yugabharathi penned the lyrics for the song. Maaveeran is a fantasy action entertainer with strong content. Apart from the lead pair, the star cast comprises Mysskin, Saritha, Yogi Babu and many others. The makers have planned a grand audio launch event for Maaveeran in Sai Ram College, Chennai on July 2nd.
