After 'Remo. young actor Sivakarthikeyan has certainly become a bigger star than he was before the release. The film after getting the third biggest opening of the year has been doing steadily well in the subsequent weeks.

After completing a successful three week run at the box office, the film has collected above Rs.5.5 crores in Chennai itself. The overall collection made by the romcom directed by debutant Bakkiyaraj Kannan in Chennai stands at Rs.5,55,06,780 (October 7-23).

In its third weekend at the box office, the RD Raja production venture got 308 shows across 23 screen with a 50% occupancy. With this the film made Rs.44,94,160 which is really phenomenal.

The upcoming weekend will see the grand Diwali releases 'Kaashmora' starring Karthi and 'Kodi' starring Dhanush apart from two low budget films. But we can be sure that 'Remo' will also be retained in a good number of screens.
