It is known that Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy with the works of his upcoming entertainer titled 'Don' directed by debutant Cibi Chakravarti. We had already broken to you that the team has completed the photoshoot for the film and the first look will be released shortly.

Now, the makers took to Twitter to update that the dubbing works of 'Don' have kickstarted with an auspicious pooja today. The production house also shared pictures from the pooja and dubbing sessions on social media. Allegedly, the filming is almost over with some patchworks left to be shot. GVM has done a cameo appearance in the fun-filled flick.

The production works of 'Don' are nearing completion. The entire shoot is likely to be wrapped up by the end of this month. The makers are aiming for a theatrical release on the republic day weekend of January 2022. Sivakarthikeyan plays an engineering student in this movie and the plot will cover two different ages of life. The first look is expected to arrive on Gandhi Jayanthi weekend.

Touted to be a youthful campus comedy-drama, 'Don' has been filmed in the posh locales of Coimbatore, Pollachi, Chennai, and Agra. Priyanka Arul Mohan is paired opposite Sivakarthikeyan after 'Doctor'. SJ Suryah, Soori, and Samuthirakani play pivotal roles, while Anirudh takes care of the musical score.
