Sivakarthikeyan's ambitious project 'Ayalaan' made it to the big screens after a long and struggling wait. The alien entertainer opened to a warm welcome from the kids and families. Now, the producers have revealed the official box office numbers of this movie.

KJR Studios announced with a new poster that Ayalaan has grossed more than Rs 50 crores in the first four days worldwide. This makes it clear that the film has taken a very good opening despite clashing with three other movies. Though Ayalaan has an average opening day, it slowly picked up and is marching towards a massive collection. The film is getting tremendous praise for its VFX.

'Ayalaan' is all about an empathetic farmer and an alien visitor teaming up to stop an Earth-threatening villain. Directed by R Ravikumar, the star cast has Sivakarthikeyan, Siddharth (Alien voice), Sharad Kellar, Isha Koppikar, Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Rakul Preet and others. AR Rahman scored the music with DOP by Nirav Shah and editing by Ruben.
