Sivakarthikeyan is now busy with the promotions of 'Ayalaan'. The alien sci-fi entertainer is coming to the silver screens after a long wait on 12th January 2024. He recently wrapped up filming for 'SK 21', directed by Rajkumar Periasamy. It is touted to be a biopic drama of an army martyr.

The rising star will join hands with veteran director AR Murugadoss for the upcoming project, 'SK 23'. As per the reports, Mrunal Thaku is playing the female lead with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. SK confirmed in a recent interview that he will commence shooting for the film next month. The latest is that 'SK 23' filming will begin on January 27, 2024.

The movie will be an out-and-out mass action entertainer and the shooting will begin in Chennai. Sri Lakshmi Movies is bankrolling the venture and the cast and crew details will be revealed officially soon. Notably, this project marks the directorial comeback of AR Murugadoss after 4 years. His last work was Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Darbar' in 2020.
