Sivakarthikeyan's recent film 'Maaveeran' became a huge hit both commercially and critically. He is currently shooting for 'SK21,' directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, in Kashmir. Bankrolled by Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, the upcoming army drama has Sai Pallavi and Rahul Bose in main roles with music by GV Prakash Kumar.

Meanwhile, we already informed you that Sivakarthikeyan will join director AR Murugadoss for his next project after SK21. Earlier, reports broke out that sensational actress Mrunal Thakur is pairing up with SK and Anirudh is composing music for the movie tentatively called 'SK23'. ARM is said to be reuniting with 'Spyder' producers - Madhu and Prasad for this flick.

Now, sources tell us that SK23 is going to be a cop action entertainer. If this is true, Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as a police officer after his 8-year-old film 'Kaakki Sattai'. We hear that the makers have completed the test shoot for this project and the shooting is likely to commence in October or November after the actor completes his works for SK21. There has been no official confirmation about this film yet. It will be made very soon.
