Sivakarthikeyan may not be the top authority in the fitness world. But what he had to say about eating habits in a recently held Child Obesity awareness event holds water.Here is a sneak peak into what the actor suggested when it comes to food consumption.
Siva suggested people to avoid foods like burgers, pizzas for a better health. Eventhough these foods might be a little tastier, they do only harm for our bodies, he stated. Stressing the need to exercise to bring down obesity levels, the actor also suggested to include natural foods like tender coconut instead of chemicalised soft drinks.
The health concious actor also admitted to having refused several soft drinks commercials owing to this and the impact such ads might have on the people negatively. “That is why I like to act in films like ‘Velaikkaran’ which also talks about food issues. Apart from comedy entertainers, I’m also interested in some serious movies too,” he said.
