Sivaangi joins hands with Simbu

Sivaangi who first tasted fame as a singer in ‘Super Singer’ show made an unexpected entry as a comedienne in ‘Cooku With Comali’ and its sequel.  She has now forayed into the big screen playing important roles in Sivakarthikeyan’s next movie ‘Don’ and ‘Kasedhan Kaduvulada’ starring Mirchi Shiva.

Sivaangi has now collaborated with Simbu for a duet song “Machi” in the upcoming movie ‘Mayan’ in M.S. John Rupert’s music.  The film is directed by Rajesh Kanna and stars Vinod Mohan and Bindu Madhavi in the lead roles.  Sivaangi has written on social media “”I have sung a beautiful track for the film, Mayan. I have sung the song with Simbu sir. I hope you all like it. Do hear the song and tell us your feedback”.

The crew of ‘Mayan’ are raving about Sivaangi’s perfect rendering of “Machi” equalling the energy of Simbu.  The single is expected to be out soon while the team is planning to release the film later this year.
