Siva Karthikeyan, who was last seen in full fledged role in Seemaraja last year and was later seen in an extended cameo in the sports drama Kanaa directed by Arunraja Kamaraj and starring Aishwarya Rajesh, is all set to return on screens with his next movie Mr Local releasing this month.

Mr Local is directed by Rajesh M who had last delivered Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru, and has Lady Superstar Nayanthara paired with Siva Karthikeyan for the second time after the Mohan Raja directorial Velaikkaran. The movie is produced by Studio Green.

Now the latest announcement is that Mr Local's satellite rights have been acquired by Sun Network for a massive price, and it must be noted that SK16 directed by Pandiraj is produced by Sun Pictures. Mr Local also stars Harija, Satish, Yogi Babu, and releases worldwide on May 17.
