Single because of Ajay Devgn: Tabu

Tabu is single and blames actor and friend of 25 years Ajay Devgn for it, as the latter was very protective of her at a young age, Tabu said in a candid interview to the Economic Times.
Tabu admitted that she was very reserved early in her career, but that her friends Farah Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar always had an open invitation for her. Two decades of working in the industry made her feel at home.
After some heavy roles in films such Life of Pi, The Namesake, Haider and Drishyam, Tabu looks forward to doing some light-hearted movies like Golmaal Again. She said that director Rohit Shetty had a knack for putting actors at their comfort.
She will be pairing with Ajay Devgn in an upcoming Luv Ranjan movie. Devgn, whom she finds childlike yet protective, has also the onus of finding her a match now, she adds jokingly.
She concluded by saying that she had been glad to have had the chance to act in movies such as Hu Tu Tu and Maqbool, given the well-layered negative female roles they had.
