In an update regarding the eagerly awaited "Singham 3," Ajay Devgn hinted that the movie might not open on August 15. "Singham Again" still needs more filming and is still unfinished, Devgn told reporters at a recent event releasing the trailer for his most recent movie, "Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha."
"We're not moving quickly here. Parts of the movie still need to be finished, Devgn said. "We shall choose the release date after we are happy with the finished product."
Known for its depiction of courageous police officers, the "Singham" franchise consists of the 2011 film "Singham" and the 2014 follow-up "Singham Returns". The cop universe, which already includes Ranveer Singh's "Simba" and Akshay Kumar's "Sooryavanshi," is about to welcome new cast members Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff with the impending "Singham 3."
According to Devgn, who is taking a careful tack to make sure the movie lives up to expectations before it opens, fans might have to wait longer than they had thought for the next installment in the hit series.
