Well-known singer Sunitha has decided to act against an imposter who has been calling himself as a relative of hers. An Anantapur man named Chaitanya has allegedly been cheating people by posing himself as a nephew of Sunitha. He has conned a few people from the Telugu film industry as well, a report suggests.

Taking to Facebook, Sunitha called out Chaitanya's fraudulent activities and emotionally said that she would beat him up if she were to meet him. “It has been brought to my notice that the said person has been cashing in on my name to develop his network with celebrities in the film industry. It's disturbing to note that some gullible women and men have given him money by getting deceived," Sunitha said in a video message.

She requested one and all not to trust Chaitanya, whom she said she hasn't met in person.

Sunitha, known for a number of romantic hits, will be lodging a police complaint against Chaitanya.
