Noted playback singer turned actor Harish Raghavendra is singing a different tune now.

A popular playback singer, who made his debut as a hero in Vikatan directed by Arun Pandian, is known for several songs including Nirpathuve Nadapathuve in Bharathy.

Currently busy acting in Karpanai, Harish Raghavendra, has filed a petition in a family court on Wednesday in Chennai urging the court to ask his wife to come back. His wife Umadevi, a Malaysian national, had gone for delivery to her homeland months ago and has not returned yet.

Harish Raghavendra married Umadevi, a resident of Malaysia in 2003.

His wife who was pregnant went to her parents' house in Malaysia some months ago and has not come back even after delivery. His frantic efforts asking her to come back has so far proved futile.
