Actor Rahul Ravindran and playback singer Chinamyi Sripaada were today blessed with twins, a girl and a boy. Taking to Twitter, the 'Andala Rakshasi' and 'Srimanthudu' actor said that they have been named Driptah and Sharvas.

"Driptah and Sharvas. The new and forever center of our universe," the 'Chi La Sow' director tweeted.

He was all praise for his wife. "Watching my wife handle the last 10 months of pregnancy like a rockstar and watching our babies being delivered has been the most incredibly powerful and profound experience of my life," the 'Manmadhudu 2' actor tweeted. He added, "Something changed within. I hope it makes me kinder and better. The strength women have. To each and everyone who took the time out to convey your wishes and blessings… thank you. You made our day."

During her pregnancy, Chinmayi didn't post the pictures of her baby bump. "Only those who were my innermost circle knew because I was protecting myself,” she has been quoted as saying.

Rahul and Chinmayi were seen as a couple in last year's Dasara hit 'Most Eligible Bachelor'. They played themselves in the Akhil-Pooja Hegde starrer.
