Actress and Singer Swgatha Krishnan gets hitched – Dreamy photos go viral

Singer and actress Swagatha S Krishnan recently got hitched to Bengaluru-based businessman Akshay Kumar. The wedding took place in the presence of their close circle of family and friends, on the foothills of the Himalayas and a set-up near the Ganges in Rishikesh.

Sharing pictures from her wedding ceremony, Swagatha said, “With the blessings of our parents, our guru, and everybody who brought us together, I married Akshay Kumar on March 4th, 2022 in a beautiful wedding ceremony held at Rishikesh on the banks of River Ganga. Me and my partner Akshay thank you all for your blessings as we begin this journey with Respect, Equality, and Love (sic).” (sic).”

The wedding took place on March 4th and was attended by her family, friends and close relatives.  Swagatha wore a red silk saree and looked ravishing in minimal makeup and traditional jewels.

On the work front, Swagatha has a lineup of interesting projects, including a film titled, ‘Intra’. The film will see her sharing screen space with her sister and actress Maya Krishnan. The film is touted to be a survival heist. The first-look poster of the film was released a couple of weeks ago.
