Suirya is on a rampage.  In 'S3', he is a universal cop (whatever it means) who is a proud Indian.  We hear the baying-for-blood, trigger-happy cop scream at the top of his vocal chords in warning the villains.  The punch lines are more ferocious than the ferocious expressions that Suriya manages to emote.  From claiming to be a hungry lion out to devour any and every desperado to making it clear that a conscious wrong will never be forgiven even if it's God, the Singham does it all.

The film sees Anushka playing Suriya's wife.  Shruti Hassan, who was not part of the first two parts, is playing a CBI officer.

Robo Shankar, Chaams and singer Krish are playing the cops.  Music is by Harris Jayaraj.  Priyan's cinematography captures the exotic locations well.
