While audience and critics alike have accepted 'Ennu Ninte Moideen' with both hands, odds criticisms are sure there. There was Kanchanamala herself coming forward against the movie initially. Then there was VT Balram saying the political scenario of the times were not depicted well.

Now has come writer Hameed Chennamangaloor saying that the Moideen - Kanchanamala love was not sincere. He says that the movie is just a fake glorification of their relationship.
