No doubt the debutant director Suni is intelligent and dexterous at places in the film. He is rather taxing to the brains and also interesting to the viewers at places.

It seems this director has first written dialogues for six to eight months and then borrowed the American romantic comedy film '50 First Dates' for a plot to suit the indigenous love story making use of the medical records. Interestingly it is the `Sting Operation' (seen in television channels) for memory impairment that the director makes use to overcome the ailment the female protagonist faces.

Tremendously loaded with dialogues the monotony is that all the characters have the same mood. The film has strong shade of `50 First Dates' (Peter Segal, American romantic comedy film). On the high points the film `SALOS' is narrated in a brisk pace in the first half and second half is a big bore. It needs sharp scissors and at least 25 minutes the film should be pruned.

Set in the three seasons - rainy, winter and summer the film `Simple Agi Ondh Love Story' is not as simple as the title indicates in getting a life partner for Kushal (Rakshit Shetty). On the advice of his sister RJ Rachana (who works in FM station) he comes to the most pleasant place and this is where he is taken for a ride by Kushi (Shwetha Srivatsav) impersonating another person. As Kushal is on a match tracing the exchange of past between the two is interesting to know. When both know each other and they are set for marriage from the point of view of audience the crack is revealed. Kushi is impersonating is what perturb Kushal.

In the second half laborious watch the final reels reveal that Kushi has deformity of memory impairment. She is not able to recognize or recollect the past day. When Kushal knows that there is no scope for pure and unfiltered love he leaves the place of Kushi. There is a twist at this moment of the cinema.

The dialogues written are for the youths of the present days. Especially the boys and girls who falls in love! How best a boy and a girl can tease and create tantrum - SALOS has some funny moments.

Suni is a `Dialogue King' director. At places the rain lashing and greenery is flooded on the screen his dialogues object the eyes to take a pleasant look. Where the film should have been silent - dialogues are moronic.

It is terrific performance from Rakshit Shetty and Shwetha Srivatsav. Both represent the millions of youths. The dialogue deliveries of both are top class. Rakshit Shetty is a hero to watch in the coming days. He has the height, looks and physical appearance to suit the arch light.

Shwetha Srivatsav taking on the cantankerous roles has delivered brilliantly. She has to cut down her weight is the only complaint.

The two other beautiful aspects of this film is cameraman Manohar Joshi and music director BJ Bharath works. Both are debutants. They hold the attention for their application of mind, body and soul to this film.

Technically this film is on top gear. One of the songs shot in slow motion is absorbing. Sonu Nigam song Banali Badalago. written by Siddu Kodipura is top of all the songs. Karagida Banali.Belagge Jimmu..and Hale Gujari Hosa Battery.is good to hear and well presented on the silver screen by cameraman Manohar Joshi.

Editor should have been a master at work for this film. The film needs some trimming. For the first timer effort this is worth watching once.

Score - 6/10
