Simbu superstar of 2010

Simbu ( Silambarasan) will become superstar in 2010 was T Rajinder's prediction. This was based on astrological prediction. TR speaking at the Manmadhan audio release function stated that he was happy to see his son move towards this goal. Three songs were screened for the select audience. Seeing this TR said he was proud that his son too was using huge sets since it gave employment to carpenters and painters.
He appealed to a certain section of the media to not criticize Simbu and instead encourage him. Simbhu in his thanksgiving speech was all praise for producer Krishnakant for giving full liberty while making the film.
