Silambarasan TR is a famous Tamil actor, filmmaker, playback singer, lyricist and music composer in the film industry. He began his career by acting as a child artist in films directed by his father T Rajendar. The impeccable performer is best known for his roles in Kovil, Thotti Jaya, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya, Vaanam and Maanadu.
The multi-faceted star had gone through a bad phase in his personal and professional life in the past decade. STR put on a lot of weight and on the other hand, His film AAA was panned by critics and was commercially unsuccessful. Sharing the video of his fitness journey titled 'The Journey of #ATMAN SilambarasanTR', Silambarasan posted, Hope this journey of mine inspires countless more… God bless (sic). Silambarasan started his journey at 105 kgs and toned down to 72 kgs in the meantime. The star actor has undergone from running to gym to all kinds of sports including basketball, badminton, cricket, horse riding and even Kalari. He marked his commercial comeback with the blockbuster 'Maanadu'.
