Simbu Postpones 'Vaalu' for Ajith

  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,September 11 2013]

While Simbu himself has massive fan following, the actor is an ardent fan of Thala Ajith. After being stalled for a long time, STR's 'Vaalu' was gearing up for release this Diwali, but the actor has had a change of mind in the last minute. Ajith's 'Arrambam' is slated for release this festival of lights, and the fan Simbu has decided not to release his film along with his role model's.

Hence, the STR-Hansika starrer will be out on the screens later, and not on Diwali. Directed by Vijay Chandar and produced by NIC Arts, 'Vaalu' has Santhanam and VTV Ganesh in pivotal roles, with the real life lovey-dovey couple Simbu and Hansika in the lead; and 'Arrambam', which is Thala's 53rd, has Ajjith, Arya, Nayanthara and Taapsee in the lead and is directed by Vishnuvardhan.
