Simbu on a signing spree confirms next film with an exciting young director

Simbu has just finished Mani Ratnam's multistarrer 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam' costarring Vijay Sethupathi, Arun Vijay, Arvind Swamy, Jyothika and Aishwarya Rajesh. Only recently he announced that he has planned four projects next one for Vijaya Productions, another for Kalaipuli S Thanu, a directorial venture and 'Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya 2'.
Yesterday Simbu had a story line narration session with director Venkat Prabhu and Suresh Kamachi and that project is under development. Today Simbu listened to a script by young director Karthik Naren and has given his nod to start the project immediately. The pooja will reportedly be held on Monday the 2nd of August.
Karthik Naren after his path breaking hit 'Dhuruvangal 16' completed his next 'Naragasooran' starring Arvind Swamy, Shriya Saran, Sundeep Kishan and Indrajith. Though the film is ready for release for the past three months are so a problem between Karthik and producer Gautham Menon is causing delay. He announced his third film titled 'Naadaga Medai' but that would have to wait for the STR 34 to complete.
