Actor Simbu has been busy with back to back shootings and after completing Suseenthiran's Eeswaran the actor is next shooting for Maanaadu directed by Venkat Prabhu and will next start his project with Studio Green.

The title of this movie was released on social media in a grand manner as 10 directors revealed it on Twitter namely - Venkat Prabhu, Anand Shankar, Pa Ranjith, Ashwath Marimuthu, Sam Anton, Vignesh Shivan, Vijay Milton, Karthik Subbaraj, Santhosh Jayakumar and M Rajesh.

This movie has got a mass title Pathu Thala. Directed by Krishna of Sillunu Oru Kadhal and Nedunchalai fame Pathu Thala stars Simbu and Gautham Karthik in lead roles and is the remake of Kannada superhit movie Mufti. Earlier director Narthan shot the remake for 10 days and now since the script has been modified, there will be some reshoot as well for Pathu Thala which begins shooting in February.
