Simbu's loyal fans had a mixed 2018 as their idol's 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam' directed by Mani Ratnam became a super hit but his 'Vantha Rajaavaathan Varuven' directed by Sundar C flopped miserably. Simbu meanwhile postponed the shooting of his new movie 'Maanaadu' to become fit and also took special martial arts training in London and has just returned for his younger brother Kuralarasan's wedding to Nabeelah.
The Kural-Nabeelah wedding reception was held in Chennai on Monday night and Venkat Prabhu who attended along with Premgi Amaran has confirmed officially that 'Maanaadu' will go on floors in May. That's the news the Simbu army has been waiting for and would surely rage on social media.
