Seems like STR is in deep waters again. Makers of a movie titled ‘Arasan’ have sued STR for not keeping up with his commitment to act in the movie. The makers have claimed that Simbu had originally gotten Rs.50 lakhs as the advance upon his Rs.1 crore original payment for the movie.

Now the producers Passion Movie Makers want the total money back with the interest Rs.35.50 lakhs as well. And pertaining to this they had sued the ‘CCV’ actor in court. The Madras High Court has ordered Simbu to provide security to Rs.85 lakhs within four weeks or else he will be facing attachment proceedings including his household articles, fridge, TV, washing machine, sofa, car movbile phon as well.

Reportedly Simbu has stated that the civil suit had to be forfeited as the producers failed to commence the movie on the said right time.
