We all know that the Simbu and Gautham Karthik starrer 'Pathu Thala' was scheduled to be released on December 14, which was delayed due to pending shoot works. Meanwhile, Simbu completed the filming earlier and Gautham Karthik finished dubbing for his portions recently after his marriage.

The post-production works are going on in full swing. Now, the latest news is that the makers announced the new official release date this morning with a stunning poster of STR. The poster shows Simbu as gangster AGR and Pathu Thala will hit the screens worldwide on 30 March 2023. Pathu Thala, directed by Obeli N Krishna, is a neo-noir action thriller and the official remake of the Kannada blockbuster 'Mufti'. The film stars STR, Gautham Karthik, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Menon, Kalaiyarasan, Joe Malloori, Teejay and others in pivotal roles with music by AR Rahman. The movie is produced by Studio Green and Pen Studios.
