Yesteryear sexy siren Silk Smitha passed away in 1996 when she was at the peak of her career. However, the audience will get to see her in Silverscreen very soon.

Silk had done a Tamil film titled 'Raga Thalangal' before she died. The project was completed in 1995 but it could not be released due to its "controversial" content and the storyline - which was related to caste issues.

It was Silk Smitha's last film. Now the makers have made some changes to the film and they have initiated the process to release it 23 years after its completion.
