Actor Silambarasan is currently working on 'Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan' directed by Adhik Ravichandran. Before starting this film he had hinted about teaming up with director Venkat Prabhu for 'Billa 3'.

Now Simbu has spoken about 'Billa 3' again and brought it back in public memory. In a recent Twitter interaction with fans the multi-talented actor said that an official announcement about 'Billa 3' can be expected next year end.

Venkat Prabhu is currently directing 'Chennai 600028 II' slated to hit the screens on November 10. His next directorial will be the film with story and dialogues written by Rajesh for T.Siva of Amma Creations banner. The chirpy director will have complete these two films before stating 'Billa 3'.

It is worth noting that 'Billa' is the Superstar Rajinikanth's 1980 blockbuster which was remade in 2007 with Thala Ajith in lead role and turned out to be a super hit. Ajith also starred in 'Billa 2' the prequel to 'Billa' that released in 2012.
