Young director Karthick Naren's stunner 'Dhruvangal Pathinaaru' has been unanimously acclaimed by audience, critics and celebrities including the master class directors Shankar and A.R.Murugadoss. The film with predominantly new faces in cast and crew is successfully marching towards a 50 day run in theaters.
Actor Silambarasan who has been busy with his support activities for the pro-Jallikattu protest seems to be a late entrant in the 'D16' admirers list. The muti-talented star seems to have watched the film and was floored by it as expected.
Simbu went on to tweet claiming 'D16' is next only to Kamal Haasan's 1994 classic family drama flick 'Mahanadhi' in receiving unanimous rave reviews from within he film industry. He has said to Naren, ""The last film for which the industry gave so much of rave reviews was mahanadhi. You are blessed".
Karthick Naren has announced this in his social media page and said that Simbu is one of the most genuine human beings he has ever met.
We hope this mutual respect and bonhomie results in the duo coming together for a film in near future.
