A few days back in the 'Remo'success Thanks Giving meet, the film's lead actor Sivakarthikeyan broke down while speaking about people working to thwart the release of his films. On the very next day actor Silamabrasan was the first person to publicly react to the 'Ethineechal' actor's outcry.

Now in an interview, the multi-talented star has revealed why he was the first person to publicly express his support for Sivakarthikeyan despite the later not being his close friend.

Simbu said he faced similar sort of pressures during the release of his film 'Vaalu' and also the infamous Beep song issue. None of his so called friends raised their voice to support him. So he felt Sivakarthikeyan should not be left alone like him and that's why he raised a supportive voice.
