Finally, here comes the official release date of Silamabarasan-Nayanthara starrer 'Idhu Namma Aalu. The new promo teaser of the film confirmed that it will hit the screens on May 20, 2016. Also the pre-booking- a facility to book tickets well in advance has been started in Chennai's SPI CInemas.

'Idhu Namma Aalu' has been directed by Pandiraj. The film was launched in 2014 but was delayed due to various reasons. But now everything would become a thing of past as the release date has been announced and the STR fans are getting ready to celebrate the film's release on a grand manner.

Kuralarasan the younger brother of Simbu has made his debut as a music director with this film. Songs of the film have received positive response from critics and music buffs.

The star cast includes Andrea Jeremiah and Soori. Santhanam makes a cameo appearance.

The film has been produced by T.Rajendhar while the release rights have been acquired by Sri Thenandal Films banner. So that we can be assured of a whopping number of screens for 'Idhu Namma Aalu' on May 20.
