Actor Silambarasan's new film with Gautham Menon has increased the curiosity among his fans as the teams dropped the first look poster earlier this weekend. Silmabarasan amazed the Tamil audience by sporting a lean look in the first look poster.

After the first look went viral new photos from the shooting spot is doing the round on the internet. Director Gautham Menon and Actress Radhika were also seen in the new photos. Radhika is expected to play a prominent role in this movie.

'Vendhu Thanindadhu Kaadu' is the third time collaboration of the most successful trio Gautham, Simbu and AR Rahman after 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa' and 'Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada'. While the other casts are yet to be announced, it is rumoured that Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon will play the lead lady opposite Silambarasan in this film.

On the other hand, Silambarasan is waiting for the release of his political thriller 'Maanaadu' directed by Venkat Prabhu. The team is planing for a theatrical release on a festive date in October. He also has 'Paththu Thala' directed by Obeli N. Krishna.
