Few days ago in a media interview Sidharth Malhotra has been sharing details about his next movie with Nitya Mehra, where he has been cast alongside Katrina Kaif for the first time. While he said that they finished a fun photoshoot for the film, he wondered amusingly how he would look opposite Katrina since he had watched her movies in during his college days. The actor even went on to comment that hope he doesn't look younger than the actress.

Following this, speculations were rife that Katrina was not happy about Sidharth's attitude over her age. Talks were that she was upset that he made it so obvious there's a big age difference between the two. However, when Sidharth got a feel of this, he was asked by media sources if he will apologise to Katrina over his comment. Surprisingly, the actor brushed it away casually that such rumours are not true and Katrina is not angry with him. Katrina in fact, Sidharth claimed, behaved quite good with him, which proved that she has nothing against him.

About the movie, Sidharth revealed that they different age groups in it. However, he clarified that it`s not a period film and neither is it time travel. "It is a journey of this couple, a love story that spans across different age groups," quoted Sidharth.

Well, its not new that actresses are paired up with actors who are younger to them - the latest one, Kareena Kapoor with Arjun Kapoor in 'Ki and Ka', for instance. However age is a very sensitive point for actresses and Sidharth should be aware that he doesn't tread on danger zone.... Bachke rehna re baba, bachke rehna re...
