Siddhi Idnani, a model-turned-actress with a theatre background, is all set to debut as the female lead in 'Jamba Lakidi Pamba'.  The comedy stars Srinivas Reddy in the lead role.

Written and directed by JB Murali Krishna, the film is slated to hit theatres in May.

"Since it is a rom-com film with so many humorous moments, the script demanded a highly talented and performing artist as the heroine. After multiple round of auditions conducted at various cities across India, Siddhi was roped to play the female lead”, the director says.

“A leading talent management agency from Mumbai asked me to attend the audition of 'Jamba Lakidi Pamba' and within a few days, they conducted the test shoot and signed me up for the role. I am extremely grateful to have gotten the opportunity to debut in the Telugu industry," the actress says

Posani Krishna Murali and Vennela Kishore play significant roles, along with Raghu Babu, Satyam Rajesh, Dhanraj, Shakalaka Shankar, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Tanikella Bharani, Hari Teja, Himaja, Sudha and Madhumani in supporting roles.

The movie is produced by Ravi, Jojo Jose and N Srinivasa Reddy and co-produced by B Suresh Reddy under the banner Sivam Celluloids and Mainline Productions. National award winning music composer, Gopi Sunder is setting the music. Jamba Lakidi Pamba has Satheesh Muthyala as cinematographer, Thammi Raju as editor and Rajeev Nair as art director.
