Actor Siddharth is very active on social media and does not shy from expressing his opinions on politics and other social occurrences. His latest tweet involving Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar has courted controversy. He had posted "Akshay Kumar is very underrated as a villain".

Siddharth's twitter followers have taken it as a troll on Akshay Kumar's recent apolitical interview of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which attempted to show the other side of the leader. The multilingual actor has however not cleared the air as of now as to what he really implied by his post. Siddharth will soon be seen on screen in Sasi's 'Sivappu Manjal Pachai', 'Shaitaan Ki Bacha' and is in talks to star in the Tamil remake of the Bollywood super hit 'Andha Dhun'.
