whenever there's a big-budget Bollywood film in production, there are bound to be rumors about the project. The same happened with Om Raut's upcoming mythological epic 'Adipurush'. The film stars Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh. Couple of weeks ago it was reported that TV star Siddharth Shukla has joined the cast he'll be playing the character of Raavan's son, Meghnad in this Ramayan-based project.
Like every other news related to 'Adipurush', this rumor also spread like wildfire. Now recently in a conversation with Filmfare, Siddharth himself has reacted to the buzz. He said, "Honestly, it hasn’t come to me yet. So, I really don’t know if there is any truth to it or not. For me, I really don’t know because nothing has come to me."
It is possible that the news was leaked when makers were only pondering upon the idea of casting Siddharth. Although he doesn't have much experience in Bollywood, Siddharth has a devoted fanbase due his TV shows like Balika Vadhu and Dil Se Dil Tak.
