Siddharth, the young hero of films like Boys, Yuva and NVNV,has a ready smile on his face. That is one of the reasons why he is so popular among the youths these days.

But the reason for Siddharth's smile these days is different: The young man is simply happy. Happy because his new film Chukkallo Chandrudu is shaping fine.

Directed by a former assistant of Manirathnam, Sivakumar,Chukkallo Chandrudu is also co-authored by Siddharth himself.

The film, which went to the floors recently, has already completed its first schedule.

The movie has three heroines in Sada, Charmi and Saloni.

Talking to media yesterday Siddharth said that the first schedule has gone on schedule. "It has also shaped up fine," he said. The story is modern and relevant to the modern-day youths, he added.

Saloni said that the character she was playing was pretty close to her real life character. So getting into the skin of it must not have been difficult for her.

Producer Vallabha said his condfidence that the film would do well stemmed from the fact that his father, K S Rama Rao, was chipping in with all the right ideas and instructions.

On the whole, the team looks happy and relaxed. That is good enough reason to feel their product will also be one.
